CRAB STEW 
1 lb. crab meat
1 onion
3 ribs celery
2 potatoes
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 pt. milk
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 c. sherry

Make a roux of 2 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons butter and when smooth add 1 pint milk. Saute onions and celery until tender; boil chopped potatoes until tender. Mix vegetables into roux mix and add paprika and pepper. Heat until a boil, add the crab and Worcestershire. Heat well. Add sherry and serve.
