SAVANNAH CRAB STEW 
1 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sherry
1/2 lb. crab meat

Melt butter. Add and blend in flour. Add milk gradually and stir until smooth. Add seasonings. Just before serving add lemon juice, sherry and crab meat. Serves 4 to 6.
