FRED'S CRAB STEW 
1 lb. crabmeat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 bell pepper
2-3 c. milk (according to thickness)
1 med. onion
1 stick butter
3 med. potatoes
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Add crabmeat, milk and soups to pot and simmer. Chop up bell pepper and onions, saute in butter until tender, then add to crab mixture. Grate potatoes and cook until tender, then add to crab mixture all together. Salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 20 minutes.
