CHICKEN BREASTS WITH CHEESE &
VERMOUTH
 
Individual chicken breasts (skinned & boned)

1. Put 1 breast in an individual serving dish.

2. Sprinkle with Italian bread crumbs, about 1 teaspoon.

3. Pat of butter (1 1/2 tablespoons). Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

4. Take from oven and pour 2 tablespoons Vermouth over each breast. Put a 1/2 inch slice of Muenster cheese over each breast. Bake 20 minutes more at 350 degrees. Serve with wild rice and green salad.
