CHICKEN BREASTS WITH CHEESE 
2 whole chicken breasts, boned
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. flour
Garlic salt to taste
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Swiss, grated

Dredge chicken in flour, nutmeg and seasonings. Dip in beaten egg, then in mixture of crumbs and cheese. Arrange chicken in glass baking dish, pour melted butter on top and grate more Swiss on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. 4 servings.
