CHICKEN CASSEROLE DISH 
Boiled chicken, cooked 2 to 3 hours
1 large onion, soft
1/2 lb. cheese, grated (longhorn)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can bouillon beef broth soup
1 sm. can green chilli peppers
1 pkg. tortilla (corn) frozen

Saute onions until soft, add soups into onions, green peppers. Layer tortillas flat at bottom of casserole dish, chicken, part of soup mixture, grated cheese and repeat. End with grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
