CHICKEN AND RICE 
3-4 lb. chicken parts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can beef consomme soup
1 can hot water
2 1/2 c. uncooked rice
Salt & pepper

Pour rice in bottom of foil lined broiler or large baking pan. Place chicken on top of rice. In large bowl, mix together soups, water, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and rice. (Lift up chicken parts to make sure all the rice gets covered with soup mixture.) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
