CHICKEN & RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. Rice-a-Roni, chicken or oriental flavor
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, diced
8 stuffed green olives, sliced
2 jars (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. curry powder
2 cooked chicken breasts OR 2 can (5 oz.) chunk white chicken OR 1 can diced
"Worthington Fry Chick"

Prepare Rice-a-Roni as directed on package. Cool. Save oil from one jar of artichoke hearts and combine with mayonnaise and curry powder. Add rest of ingredients to rice. Toss with oil and mayonnaise dressing.

Serve cold. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
