SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS 
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. food yeast flakes (opt.)
1 tsp. Bernard Jensen's Seasoning
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Toss all ingredients together. Bake on a cookie sheet at 200 degrees Fahrenheit until entirely dry and lightly browned. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. Store in an airtight container.

VARIATION:

For Seasoned Croutons, cut bread into cubes before tossing with seasonings.
