TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can tuna fish
2 stalks celery, cut up
1 onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushroom pieces, drained
3/4 bag med. noodles, cooked
Salt and pepper
Pat of butter

Add to the above ingredients in a 4-quart bowl, 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, sliced, and mix. Almost cover with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
