TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 (3 oz.) jar chow mein noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 c. chunk style tuna fish
1/4 c. cashew nuts
1 c. celery
1/4 c. minced onion
Dash of pepper
Salt to taste

In a casserole dish, combine all ingredients except the noodles. If salted nuts are used do not add salt. Sprinkle top with reserve noodles and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 5.
