MICROWAVE GRANOLA BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter then combine with other ingredients. Press into an 8 inch baking pan and cook 6-8 minutes on full power. Slice while warm as it hardens as it cools.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
