MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
3/4 c. uncooked popcorn, popped

After popcorn is popped, put in brown paper bag.

In saucepan combine:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter

Mix, cook 2 minutes high. Stir, cook 2 minutes then add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, MIX WELL.

Pour hot caramel over popcorn in bag. Shake well to distribute caramel. Put bag in microwave high 1 1/2 minutes. Shake bag. Put back in other 1 minute. Shake bag. Back in 30 seconds. Empty onto cookie sheet, cool, then eat!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
