LEMON PUDDING CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 large box instant lemon pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour in greased and floured angel food cake pan.

Bake at 325°F approximately 1 hour. Let cool completely. Split cake to make 3 layers.

Mix pudding and milk. Spread between layers and on top of cake. Frost sides with Cool Whip.
