PINEAPPLE PUDDING CAKE 
1 box white cake mix (yellow can be used)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Cool Whip

Make the cake and partially cool. Drain almost all crushed pineapple juice off pineapple. Prick cake with toothpicks and spread crushed pineapple on top. Prepare pudding with: 1/4 c. pineapple juice

Then add cream cheese and beat together. Spread on top of pineapple. Ice with Cool Whip. Garnish as desired. Keep in refrigerator.
