NO BAKE BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Mix flour, sugars and butter in a bowl. Remove 1/2 cup of mixture and set aside. Add vanilla and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Place butterscotch chips on top and sprinkle over cake the rest of butter mixture you set aside.

Bake 40 minutes at 350°F. Cool in pan.

Can glaze with powdered sugar and some melted butterscotch chips mixed together, if desired.
