1 can Bordens Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate morsels
1 (10 1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallow
2 c. salted peanuts

Melt butter and morsels with condensed milk. Pour over peanuts and marshmallows. Refrigerate. Cut pieces.
