CRANBERRY CREAM-CHEESE SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. cherry gelatin
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sour cream
Chopped apples (optional)

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Let stand until partially set. Stir in celery, cranberry sauce and nuts. Blend in sour cream. Pour in mold. Chill until set.
