CRANBERRY SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whole cranberries
3/4 c. broken walnuts

Sift the flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream to sugar and shortening. Then add dry ingredients plus 1 cup whole cranberries and 3/4 cup broken walnuts. Bake in a 9-inch tube pan or 2 oiled bread pans. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
