SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
Cake:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped nuts

CAKE - Cream butter until soft. Add sugar and stir until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each is added. Sift dry ingredients. Alternately, add dry ingredients and sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Stir in vanilla.

TOPPING - In a separate bowl, mix together all four topping ingredients.

Pour 1/2 of the batter into a well buttered, 9x13 inch pan. Cover batter with half of the nut topping. Over topping, pour the remaining batter. Sprinkle the batter with the remaining nut topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
