SALTINE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1 sm. can evaporated milk (5 oz.)
2 tbsp. butter
1 jar (7 1/2 oz.) marshmallows
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. peanut butter
24 saltines
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugar, evaporated milk and butter. When it starts to boil, set timer for 5 minutes, boiling rapidly. Have ready saltines, finely crushed. After syrup has boiled 5 minutes, mix all remaining ingredients together and put in 9 x 9 pan to cool.
