WHITE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/3 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
chopped nuts

Place sugar, milk, butter and salt in large saucepan; cook over medium heat until soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add all vanilla and peanut butter. Beat on medium speed until fudge thickens. Add chopped walnuts if desired. Stir with spoon until it starts to harden. Pour in buttered 8 x 8 inch square pan.
