RITZ CRACKER COOKIES 
1 c. cut up dates
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk

Cook in double boiler until thick.

Add:

1/2 c. chopped pecans

Spread on Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, cool.

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Can be served right from the freezer. About 70 cookies. "Yummy!"
