RITZ CRACKER COOKIES 
50 Ritz crackers
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. dates, cut up (or raisins)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Place crackers on cookie sheets, combine milk, dates and nuts; cook in double boiler over hot water until thick. Put 1/2 teaspoon filling on each cracker. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Frost each one.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. cream cheese

Add milk to thin.
