RITZ CRACKER COOKIES 
1 can condensed milk
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. dates, cut into sm. pieces
Ritz or Hi-Ho crackers
2 tbsp. butter
Powdered sugar

Heat milk, walnuts and dates together until thick. Spread on crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Frost with icing made from butter, browned and mixed with enough powdered sugar to make it spreadable. Makes approximately one pound of cracker cookies.
