1/2 c. butter
2 env. (2 oz.) Nestle Choco Bake unsweetened baking chocolate flavor
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. + 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 - 1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan melt butter; remove from heat. Stir in baking chocolate. Let cool at room temperature. In another small bowl, beat eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually add sugar, beating until a pale yellow. then pour Choco Bake mixture in. Gradually add flour and salt. Stir in nuts. Spread in foil lined 8" square pan. Bake at 350 degrees. Cool, cut into 2" squares. Makes 16 (2") squares.
