CHILI WITH BEANS 
1 med. onion
1 med. green pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 sm. can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cans red kidney beans
1 tbsp. chili powder

Chop onion and green pepper. Saute in 1 tablespoon oil. Add ground chuck and brown. Add 1/2 can tomato paste and 1 cup water. Add salt, pepper and cinnamon. Allow to simmer 1 hour. Add 2 cans beans, 1 can water and chili powder. Cook another 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
