NOODLE PUDDING | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. med. noodles 1/2 c. butter, divided 5 eggs, beaten 2 c. sour cream 1 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 lb. dry cottage cheese 2 c. corn flakes, crushed 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Butter a 12x15 inch pan. Prepare noodles according to package directions and drain. Toss with 1/4 cup butter. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sour cream, sugar, milk, and salt. Add the noodles to this mixture. Fold in cottage cheese and pour into prepared pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top of noodle mixture and bake for 75 minutes. Cut into squares while warm. |
