3 c. diced, unpeeled apples
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs

Dash of salt, vanilla, chopped walnuts. Mix all of above together until moist, pour in 8 x 13 Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Serve with 1/2 and 1/2.
