PORK CHOP 'N POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Durkee fried onions

Brown pork chops in lightly oiled pan. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Mix soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, hash browns, cheddar cheese and 1/2 can fried onions. Spoon mixture into 9"x13" pan. Arrange chops on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, covered. Mix 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1/2 can fried onions and sprinkle over chops. Bake, uncovered for 5 minutes more.
