CREAMY BROCCOLI SOUP 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
2 c. milk
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Steam broccoli, drain and chop. In a medium saucepan combine drained broccoli and remaining ingredients. Simmer over low heat until cheese is melted and soup is hot. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serves 4-6.
