3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. dates
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Quickly fold all ingredients into egg whites and place into 1/2 quart buttered baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. When done, cut into squares. Serve with whipped cream.
