TUPPERWARE BREAD | |
9 c. flour 2/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 4 beaten eggs 1 1/2 c. scalded milk 1 1/2 c. cold water 2 pkgs. yeast 2 sticks butter Put flour in large Tupperware bowl with lid. Make hole or well in flour. Add milk and water to cool. To milk add sugar, salt, eggs and yeast. Pour in flour well. Burp and seal. When lid pops up, add melted butter and mix well. Burp and seal bowl. When lid pops, knead and roll out. Make into loaves or rolls. Let rise 10 to 30 minutes at room temperature. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees. |
