YELLOW PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix (without pudding)
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, juice also
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Macadamia nuts or walnuts

Bake cake according to directions; cool. Mix pudding and milk until set. In small bowl whip cream cheese and sugar, then whip into pudding mixture and spread on top of cooled cake. Pour pineapple and juice on top of pudding mixture. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
