YELLOW COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 box Jello instant pudding (vanilla)
1 1/3 c. water
2 c. coconut
1 c. nuts

Blend cake mix, pudding, water and eggs. Beat 4 minutes. Stir in nuts and coconut. Bake at 305 degrees for 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and spread on cake.
