EASY CHOCOLATE LAYERED DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts

Mix above ingredients together. Press in 9 x 13 glass dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 bx. (5 1/2 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk
Nuts-Hershey bars

Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix in Cool Whip. Spread mixture on crust. Mix chocolate pudding with milk, blend well. Pour over second layer. Top with more Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts and slivered Hershey bars (optional).
