MACARONI & CHEESE | |
1 lb. elbow macaroni noodles 1 lb. Sharp cheese 1 sm. pkg. Sharp cheese, grated 2 tsp. butter 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 1/2 c. milk Boil noodles until done and drain. Cut the pound of cheese into blocks. In pot, put butter, milk and flour. Bring this to a bubbly boil, then add block of cheese. Stir until it thickens. Stir in other blocks of cheese and noodles. Put in casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (until cheese melts on top). |
