MACARONI AND CHEESE 
Spaghetti noodles
Grated Cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 can evaporated milk
Salt & pepper

Cook spaghetti; drain; grease casserole dish, layer spaghetti and cheese, alternating until all used.

Beat egg and milk; add salt and pepper to taste; pour over spaghetti and cheese. Poke with a fork so it distributes. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
