LITCHFIELD's FRENCH CHICKEN | |
2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up 1/2 c. butter 1 c. French dressing paprika 3/4 c. flour 1/2 c. powdered milk 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 tsp. pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shake 2 or 3 pieces of chicken at a time and arrange in a greased baking dish. Cut butter in small chunks and place on top of individual pieces of chicken. Dribble French dressing in a pattern over the chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook uncovered in a 350 degree oven one hour or until chicken is golden brown. |
