FRENCH COUNTRY CHICKEN STEW 
1 tsp. thyme, crushed
1/4 lb. sliced bacon, diced
4 half boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cubed
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) Del Monte cut green beans or green lima beans, drained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte original style stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, drained

In large skillet, cook bacon over medium high heat until almost crisp. Add chicken, onion, garlic, and thyme. Cook 5 minutes; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
