BAKED BRIE 
1 lb. Brie
1/4 c. soft butter
1/4 c. sliced almonds

Spread butter over top of cheese. Sprinkle with toasted almonds, sliced. Bake at 350 degrees, 10 to 15 minutes until Brie is softening. Serve immediately with French bread, grapes and pear or apple wedges.
