BAKED BRIE 
1 lb. round brie cheese
8 sheets phyllo dough
Brown sugar
Chopped pecans
Melted butter

On a jelly roll pan, layer 4 sheets of phyllo dough - painting each with melted butter. Place the brie on top of the sheets. Paint the top of the brie with melted butter and about a 1/4 inch thick layer of brown sugar. Top with pecans and drizzle with melted butter. Wrap the ends of the dough up over the top. Layer another 4 phyllo sheets on top of the pile and tuck under the whole thing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
