BAKED BRIE 
1 lg. round sourdough bread
1 (2 lb.) Brie
Garlic
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut top off bread 1/3 of the way down. Score top of bread and save to use later. Brush inside of bread with oil and garlic mixture. Fit brie inside bread. Replace bread cover. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with cut up baguettes.

ALTERNATIVE: No bread - place brie in shallow oven proof baking dish. Spread with garlic and olive oil. Bake as above.
