CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
5 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. chopped celery
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
8 c. cut up chicken meat

Mix, put in 9"x13" pan. Top with 1 cup bread crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
