MARINATED VEGGIES 
MARINADE:

8 oz. diet Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dill weed

VEGGIES:

Raw: Zucchini slices Cucumber slices Mushrooms, whole Broccoli pieces

Frozen: Brussel sprouts

Blanched: Green beans Green & red peppers

Mix marinade ingredients. Thaw frozen vegetables. Blanch vegetables by pouring boiling water over them and let stand 10 minutes. Combine vegetables; pour marinade over. Marinate overnight. Cherry tomatoes add color and need not be marinated.
