CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/2 lb. ricotta cheese
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs, beaten in mixture, one at a time
8 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Beat the above mixture; pour into spring back pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let cake sit in oven another hour. DO NOT OPEN DOOR AT ANY TIME. Take out of oven, leave cake set for 1/2 hour. Take out of spring back pan.
