CHEESE POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. potato
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cube potatoes and cheese into a 9"x13" casserole dish. In bowl whip soup, then add milk and water; blend together. Pour over cheese and potatoes. Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Bake at 350 degrees.
