CHEESE SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced

Heat broth in large pan. Add potatoes, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes. Do not drain. Stir in cheese. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
