SCALLOPED CHEESE POTATOES | |
10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of onion soup 3/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. pepper 8 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes 2 c. shredded American cheese 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 3-quart casserole or 13 x 9 inch baking dish. In small bowl combine soup, milk and pepper. In casserole, layer half each of potatoes, soup mixture and cheeses. Repeat layers. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover, bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until potatoes are tender. Serves 16 (1/2 cup servings). |
