CLAIRE'S BEEF DIP 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef
1 lg. can mushroom pieces
1 bunch green onions, cut in 2-inch pieces
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (6 oz.) can pitted black olives
1 sm. jar diced pimento
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese

Rinse and dry the slices of beef, then cut into quarters. Put into food processor and run on high until in small pieces. Add green onions and run on low until onions are chopped fine. Add olives, mushrooms, and pimento and process until all ingredients are chopped very fine. Add softened cream cheese and sour cream to mixture and process until all ingredients are blended and of soft spread or thick dip consistency.

Serve with sesame crackers or crackers of your choice. Serves: 20.
